Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it, the item cannot be broken, scratched, tampered, altered, or damaged in any shape, way, or form.

Refunds: M PRO SERVICES LLC gladly accepts returns of any purchased item(s) that meet the refund policy. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection is completed we will immediately notify you of the status of your returned item.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original form of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card policies.
